Terms and Conditions of Sale

• The Brand: Bonté is the trading name of Bonté Limited, registered in England under company number 14971509.
• Ethical Commitment: We prioritize modern craft and responsible sourcing. All goods are produced in accordance with our Ethical Policy and applicable labour standards.

• Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
• Cooling-Off Period: You have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Returns & Refunds: Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of postage.
• Delivery: We aim to deliver within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed. We remain responsible for the goods until they are in your physical possession.

• Eligibility: To qualify for wholesale, you must be a valid retail business with correct authorizations.
• Minimum Order (MOQ): Our minimum wholesale order is [e.g., £400] and at least [e.g., 5 items].
• Payment: All wholesale orders are Pro Forma (paid in full before dispatch) unless written credit terms have been explicitly agreed.
• Damages & Shortages: You must inspect goods upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported with photographic evidence within [e.g., 3 days].
• Final Sale: Wholesale orders are considered final. We do not accept returns for overstock or buyer's remorse.

• Ownership: All designs, photography, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of Bonté.
• Resale Standards: Wholesale partners may not sell Bonté products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior written consent.
• Relabeling: You may not remove or alter Bonté labels or branding without express written permission.

• Risk Transfer: For retail customers, risk passes upon physical delivery. For wholesale clients, risk passes to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse or are handed to your nominated carrier.
• Limited Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption for B2B clients.
