Rosa Dress - Navy Multi

A floaty, swing-style dress with an empire waist detail + a voluminous 3/4 sleeve with an elasticated cuff + a low armhole in a self-stripe cotton.  

The sleeves and bodice have a contrast placement embroidery.  

A scallop and embroidered frill features at the hem and is inserted around the bib edge, which has a button + loop opening.  118cm in length.  

This is also great worn over trousers for a modern, layered look.
